Benefit Resource was established in 2005 in Hattiesburg, MS by
Susie McCall. Previously she had worked in the corporate insurance
world but recognized that there was a void in the area for an
insurance agency that emphasized service. She felt there needed to
be more personal service applied to both groups and individuals in
the entire process.
A few years later with the growth of the agency, Susie persuaded her
twin sister, Cindy Hobgood to join her.
As a independent agency, Benefit Resource offers policies from
over 20 different providers and meticulously selects the proper
provider/policy to meet the particular needs of their clients.

insurance license, Cindy taught
school for 20 years. Upon retiring and
relocating to her hometown of
Hattiesburg, she wanted to
experience working in another field.
